HLVD/BCTV/LCV Panel

Description

3R offers a TaqMan RT-PCR assay for the detection of Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd), Beet Curly Top Virus (BCTV), and Lettuce Chlorosis Virus (LCV) in plant tissue. The assay is a multiplexed RT-PCR whereby more than one target is detected in the same reaction. Multiplexing allows us to detect three different viral pathogen genomes while simultaneously detecting an internal target plant RNA to confirm the integrity of the sample and PCR reaction.
